This post is neither about K-pop or something that I love. In this post I just want to share some tips to overcome STRESS.
Have you ever felt a pressure that make you want to explode and make you feel like want to eat someone? Feel want to cry as much as you can? Yes? It’s called stress dude. Its ok, you are not alone. Almost everyone felt this thing. I know this feeling is annoying because I had this stress thingy too. I have a lot of problems that could make me stress, you too? Then we are in the same side. LOLs~
But because I have too much things that could make me stress, lately I tried to deal with this annoying thing. LOL~ If you know me then you will think that why I always look happy and always smile, although I’m a type of girl who doesn’t show my feeling but at least I always cheerful in the outside *don’t ask about the inside. LOL~* don’t show your weakness in front of the others, it’s my motto. But if you want to look pathetic in public then just do it. :P the world will not end if you have a problem, so just face it. Life is spin around.
I’ll give some tips to overcome with this stress thingy.
o Calm yourself. Think slowly. Face your problem, don’t avoid it because it’s useless if you try your best to avoid your problem. Don’t be ridiculous because problem will always have their way to find you. LOL~ so just deal with it.
o Be strong, trust yourself!! You need to trust yourself before try to solve your problem because if you don’t trust yourself then no one will.
o Share your problem with the one you trust the most, such as parent, sister or brother, best friend, etc. but I suggest you to share your problem with your family instead of friends. *don’t ask why ;)* when you share your problem, they will try to give you solution so just listen.
o Don’t show the other that you are in stress. Just show them that you are strong enough and you are fine.
o Don’t forget to smile.

o Motivate yourself that everything’s gonna be ok because God won’t give you a problem that you can’t solve.
o PRAY!! This is one of the most important parts when you have a problem. Pray to God, not to complain to Him, but to tell Him and ask Him to strengthen you, so you can finish your entire problem.
o Don’t complain too much because complain won’t solve your problem for sure. Talk less do more is better.
o Remember YOLO (You Only Live Once) so don’t make it hard, just enjoy your life with every problems in your life.
o Take a lesson from all your problems. Don’t just think about the negative side, but think about the positive one too. Because every problem will have 2 faces, positive and negative, so take the positive and throw the negative.
o Never give up. No matter how hard your problem is, never think to give up. Just try and try and try again.
o Don’t ever blame yourself. If there’s something wrong with you, try to fix it but don’t blame yourself because nobody is perfect in this world. You have a shortage, and the other also has the shortages.
o Just be yourself, don’t change yourself just because people tell you to do it. Just the way you are is enough.
o Optimistic. This is quite important, ok?
Ok, I think that’s all. Before you scornfully my tips, just try it first. See that if it’s work or not. But if you are not believed and already judge this tips from the beginning I’m sure you will not success to deal with your stress. ;) see ya in next post guys. hehe
